Workers' Compensation Defense
I have represented employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in numerous claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, where I have appeared at all levels from administrative matters before the Executive Secretary, hearings at the Deputy Commissioner level, and appeals before the Full Commission. I have also handled workers' compensation appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. I have experience in all manner of workers' compensation claims from injury by accident cases to occupational disease claims to include repetitive motion, asbestosis, chemical exposure, cancer and tuberculosis claims.
Mediation
I am available to mediate cases throughout North Carolina, both civil cases filed in Superior Court as well as workers' compensation cases before the Industrial Commission.
